The steps for making a terraria are as follows:

• Prepare a transparent glass or plastic container that you have cleaned.
• Fill the container with small stones to serve as a terrarium plant dryer.
• Then, on top of the rock, coat it with small pieces of charcoal until it covers the bottom of the container.
• After that, pour the soil into a 5-cm container.
• Enter the plant slowly, and don’t crowd the room with too many plants. It is preferable to leave enough space for plant growth. Place the plant in the center, away from the container’s walls.
• To make it easier and neater, enter the zeolite through a funnel.
• After that, you can embellish it with small colored stones or other decorations to make it more appealing.

How to care for terrariums:

• If you’re making a closed-air terrarium, only water the plants when the growing medium appears to be dry, as these terrariums typically don’t require water for an extended period of time. Water must be poured directly into the plant with a pipette.
• Water an open-air terrarium once a week, depending on the conditions of the terraria. Watering should be done with a spray bottle to avoid damaging the arrangement of the terrarium.
• Place the terrarium in an area that receives indirect sunlight. If you do not have access to sunlight, you can use reddish light to allow the plants to absorb the light and carry out photosynthesis.
• If the plant is growing, use small, long-tipped shears to trim the leaves to make it easier to reach into the container.
